Manning’s practice focuses on advising business entities on a range of transactional, regulatory, and compliance matters. He regularly assists clients with acquisitions, contract negotiations, entity structuring, governance matters, and grant compliance issues.

Manning works with both for-profit and mission-driven clients to help them evaluate opportunities, manage risk, and structure transactions in a way that supports their business and long-term objectives. His approach is practical and client-focused, with an emphasis on helping organizations grow, operate efficiently, and navigate complex legal and regulatory issues.

Known for his efficiency, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving, Manning is committed to providing legal guidance that is both thoughtful and useful.

Raised in Montgomery, Alabama, Manning graduated from Washington and Lee University School of Law in 2020. Before joining Fortif in 2023, Manning practiced with a distinguished international law firm.
